Green Island spearheads New Natural Wonders campaign.

Green Island was chosen by Tourism Australia as a key location to showcase the Great Barrier Reef for the New7Wonders of Nature Campaign. Campaign Ambassador, Andy Ridley, is pictured here on Green Island before travelling with Great Adventures for a day at the Outer Reef.

Established by the New7Wonders Foundation, this is a global search to recognise the seven most wondrous natural sites in the world through the eyes of the public. Now down to 28 finalists from 440 nominees, the final seven new wonders will be announced in November 2011.
