We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team.
Whether you’re looking for a live-on-island lifestyle or prefer to commute from Cairns, we have options available.
About the role
As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll provide high quality customer service across all food and beverage outlets. You’ll work closely with both the Front of House and Kitchen teams to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive guest dining experience.
Your role will include:
- Greeting guests and processing of orders in a professional and welcoming manner
- Communicate with kitchen staff for any specific guest requests
- Ensure food and beverages meet presentation and quality standards
- Supporting bar, café, restaurant or buffet operations as rostered
- Ensuring service areas remain clean, organised and well presented
- Working on a rotating roster, that will include weekends and public holidays
What We’re Looking For:
- A positive attitude and genuine enjoyment of customer service
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Ability to work in a busy and dynamic environment
- Well-presented and reliable
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or willingness to obtain
Desirable but not essential:
- Bar, barista or previous hospitality experience
