About the role 

We are looking for a Chef De Partie that will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and can produce consistent high quality food. Understands what it takes for a team to work effectively together.

Reporting to the Executive Chef your key responsibilities will include:   

  • Experience in quality Buffets, A La Carte and Al Fresco Dinning
  • Works well under pressure unsupervised and within a team
  • Excellent time management and interpersonal skills 
  • Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes 
  • Excellent use of various cooking method, ingredients equipment and processes
