About the role
We are looking for a Chef De Partie that will possess a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills and can produce consistent high quality food. Understands what it takes for a team to work effectively together.
Reporting to the Executive Chef your key responsibilities will include:
- Experience in quality Buffets, A La Carte and Al Fresco Dinning
- Works well under pressure unsupervised and within a team
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes
- Excellent use of various cooking method, ingredients equipment and processes
